The Williams Extended Learning Center provides access to higher education facilities in the local area. Students are able to go to the Williams site and actively interact with an instructor that is at another facility. This will allow the Coconino Community College District to offer more classes, which will help to increase the enrollment of students.

This site houses office and storage space plus two classrooms with a third planned to the future. The two classrooms currently utilized are the Interactive Classroom and the Multimedia Classroom.
