This is a School Facilities Board funded project to replace inadequate K-6 elementary school facilities for the St. David Unified School District located in southwest Arizona. Additional funding was provided by the district.

This project included 13,987 SF of new construction, the remodel of an aging 6,000 SF classroom building, new HVAC at the Cafeteria building and site development. New facilities consist of a multi-purpose building with a platform, an elementary school classroom building, a special services facility, a kindergarten building and playground, student restrooms and staff support facilities. The existing classroom building remodel includes a new HVAC system, extensive insulation upgrades, new ceilings, paint, carpeting, and upward wall extensions between classrooms for sound isolation. Site development included a new parking lot, pedestrian walks and plazas, a fire-lane extension and storm water detention facilities.
