Program
This project started by replacing a failing brick wall and grew in scope as the owners' needs were realized. The scope included a yard to park the college vehicles (7,900 S.F.), an increased working yard (7,230 S.F.) for the maintenance staff with covered work areas and a 2,500 S.F. building for the maintenance staff. Notable design items include a Pedestrian walkway with trees along these additions and a new focused student entry area.
