Program
The program for Epiphany Lutheran Church required that a new 600 seat, 30,707 SF, multipurpose assembly facility be master planned onto newly acquired underdeveloped property. The multipurpose building was to serve the congregation as a more formal sanctuary-worship center with architectural articulation, but in the future converted to a multipurpose activity center.

The site has a unique slope where existing facilities are remote from the new facilities. A green belt was designed to link the facilities with pedestrian walks.
