Program
Phase one of facilities development was designed to master plan and anchor the improvements of a 23-acre
underdeveloped site on south Alma School Road in Chandler, Arizona.
The parking, landscape development and underground utility services were designed to facilitate significant growth
within a modest Phase one construction budget.
The building facilities of Phase one included a multipurpose,
400 person, 28,781 SF assembly area that featured a stage area
to accommodate a future seating area expansion. Classrooms, nursery
and administration spaces were organized on two levels to maximize
the use of site and building construction budget.
