Phase 1: Extensive remodel of 4th Street Campus, Flagstaff, AZ with major HVAC and electrical work including vocational shop area with dust collection. This was originally a design-bid build project. However, during the process of bidding, the owner received additional funding and turned the balance of the project into design-build work.

Phase 2: Remodel of 4th street campus, major work including a new corridor connecting buildings 100 and 300, remodeled main entrance, and new hollow metal entry doors and frames. Other improvements include new restroom and janitor facilities, converting two classrooms and one science lab into three nursing labs/classrooms, converting restrooms into storage, widening the exit corridor and provide new exit doors. Additional work included remodeling the main computer lab, upgrading the entrance to the women's restroom for ADA compliance, and HVAC and electrical work.

Phase 3: Phase 3 consisted of remodeling the existing spaces into four major classrooms, which are adult education general classroom, culinary nutrition, lecture classroom, and a fine arts classroom with storage facilities. There were also the additions of new men's and women's toilets, two office spaces, and a remodeled janitor room.
