This School Facilities Board funded project was initiated to replace two buildings on the campus that were in diminished conditions and to meet the growth needs in Benson. This "L" shaped building is adjacent to the existing original Primary school, fronts the road and welcomes a large play field. The program includes 13 K-3rd grade classrooms and new administration offices, all with exterior covered walkways.

Between the two buildings, a main secure entry was designed which emphasized the fire-lane by constructing a decorative concrete pathway with landscape nodes. In addition, we reengineered the main play areas for these grades along the bus drop off area. This project is a prime example of SSPW's ability to design for the existing and future campus needs.
