writing, building code analysis, contract administration and field supervision. He has the ability to direct the completion of construction documents,
on time and within budget. Chip has 30+ years of experience in the design of some 58 new and remodeled high school, community college and
university projects in Tempe, Springerville, Winslow, Flagstaff, Phoenix, the Grand Canyon, Holbrook, Tuba City, Tucson, Willcox and Williams. His
most recent projects include remodeling and enhancement projects for Benson School District and Maricopa County Community Colleges and a new
Performing Arts Center for Northland Pioneer College.
