Herbert W. Schneider Partner
After serving as an Officer in the Corps of Engineers in Europe, Mr. Schneider came to Arizona and practiced in the specialized field of educational facilities. He has worked over 40 years in the area of construction control. Although all projects benefit or lose by the "low bidder" syndrome, Herb enforces project scheduling, shop drawing checking, on-site observations and coordination of consultants' work on the project. Change Order costs are reviewed, analyzed and honed to logical pricing prior to submittal to the Owner. He also carefully reviews and certifies all contractors' requests for payment and works with the Owner during the construction and warranty period. |
